  • The studio is located in the industrial area off Dysart Way.
    Studio Full Address: Unit 41, Cobden House, Cobden Street, Leicester, LE1 2LB

  • When you confirm your booking through the online booking system, you will be sent a PDF document with instructions of how to access the studio, parking and any other information for your session. We are a self check-in business. However, please don’t hesitate to give us a call or text if you have any further questions.

  • Yes! There is ample parking available on the street directly outside the building, as well as a car park opposite the building.

  • The studio is situated on the 4th floor of the building. There is a staircase leading up to all floors, and a lift for accessibility. Please note that there are a few steps at the front entrance of the building.

  • The building has toilets on the same floor as the studio. Within the studio space there is a dedicated changing / vanity area.

  • Of course! You are more than welcome to book additional time to your booking, provided there is no other booking after yours. Please contact us so we can arrange this for you. Please note that there is an additional charge of £50 per extra hour.

  • As the studio covers an area of approximately 2,700 sq.ft, you will have the entire studio to yourself during your booking, with access to all of it’s features. If you require additional privacy, we have privacy screens available.

  • Your booking will include usage of all the lighting, photography & sound equipment, as well as use of our 5 themed sets along with their interchangeable backdrops.

  • Buses 37, 38, 58, 58A, and LC7 stop near or on Dysart Way with routes including Leicester, Netherhall, Hamilton & Thurnby Lodge.

    From Leicester City Centre, the studio is approximately a 20 min walk.

  • Melton Road, Belgrave Road and Nedham Street are amongst the many areas nearby for food. There are lots of restaurants in the city centre and surrounding areas too. 

  • We kindly request that no more than 15 people use the studio at one time. If your team includes a larger team than 15, please email or call us before hand to let us know. There is an extra charge for bookings over 3 people. 

  • Yes! Please use the enquiry form below to send us an email including any other details you think would be beneficial for us to know. Please allow between 24-48hrs for a response.
